Studio Hours
The Gedimino atelier welcomes appointments Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Walk-in visits are not available as team members may be on installation sites throughout Vilnius and surrounding districts.
Telephone enquiries are answered during studio hours; voicemail messages receive callback within one business day.
Consultation Booking
Initial styling consultations require advance booking via email with proposed dates and event type. Consultation fee of €180 is payable by bank transfer to confirm reservation.
Virtual consultations via video suit clients in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and international destinations planning Vilnius events.

Enquiry Content
Include event date, venue name and address, approximate guest count, and styling scope when emailing. Photographs of venue and inspiration references accelerate quotation preparation.
Incomplete enquiries may delay response; complete briefs receive replies within four business days.
Peak Season
May through September wedding dates should enquire nine to twelve months ahead. Corporate and event installations require minimum four-week lead time outside peak wedding season.
Waiting list placement confirmed upon receipt of design fee deposit.
